Open burning is regulated by two burning ordinances, Milford Village residents must comply with Village Ordinance, while Township residents comply with Township Ordinance.
Milford Township open burn permits are available by calling Milford Township at (248) 685-8731 to obtain permit number.
After obtaining permit number call Milford Police Department to burn.
Milford Village burning permits are available by calling Milford Police Department at (248) 684-1815.
